This store was recommended by a Macy's employee. My first time in the store. The beautiful lady greeted me with a smile and explained the pricing for the battery needed for my watch. Ten minutes later, I walked out with my watch repaired. The repair was quick, and they provided very good customer service. I will return when needed and I will refer them to others.

I had the battery replaced on my Movado, it took about 10 minutes. Very prompt and courteous service! I would highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly and worked it out on prices. No trying to up sale anything like be pushy like other jewelers do. Love everything about them! Total recommend. They fixed my wife ring that was totally missing 2 stones.

I took old family gold and had a family crest signature ring created for my husband of 44 years. My name, his children and grandchildren’s children’s names were engraved inside. The only problem will be who will inherit it. My husband said it was the best present he had ever received. I highly recommend Fast fix as an excellent jewerly store, and the excellent jeweler Sara.

The customer service was top notch! Brain was very helpful and kind. My piece came out beautifully. The craftsmanship was exceptional and they had it done in just a couple hours! When I picked up the piece Damien helped me, he was super informative and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

AMAZING PEOPLE!!! Had my dads necklace chain sized down shorter to my liking and even cleaned all the charms and chain making it look brand new!!! VERY QUICK SERVICE and fair priced for what all they do!!! Appreciate the heck out of these people!!!!

I had a last minute purchase and repair. I had already visited several jewelry stores who were unable to provide service I needed. I stopped in to inquire and they were not only available and attentive to my situation but the turn around was fantastic. Very friendly and professional. I will not only recommend this store. I will definitely go back.

They are not just a repair shop. They are also a jeweler. They’ve always taken care of what I’ve needed. I dealt with Sarah today to size my ring. Excellent service as always. I’ve also bought numerous pieces of jewelry from them over the years. Always a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

They are amazing!! I was so pleased with the creation of a beautiful setting and design for a diamond ring. They are reasonably priced, quick turn around and truly cared about my project. And were as excited as I was. I felt the genuine interest and will always go there and recommend them.

Fast, friendly service. They took great care of changing our watch batteries. We purchased the batteries 3 years ago. The warranty is good for 5 years, so our warranty is still active through April 2028. Referred by Dillards.

Needed help with my daughter's broken necklace. We received efficient, courteous and fast service. They fixed my daughters necklace, cleaned the part that we wanted to keep, under an hour on a super busy day.

As usual, every aspect of the service was superb. My family has used Fast Fix for many years, & we have always received A+ service. They always provide great repairs, & they also do a phenomenal job making custom-designed jewelry. I can't recommend these friendly folks highly enough!

Very honest business. Took some jewelry here to get appraised for insurance. Sarah, the owner, informed us that some pieces did not need to be appraised due to them being recently bought / not very expensive. Rather than charging us for the appraisal of all items, she had an honest conversation with us and informed us of the correct route to take. She could have easily taken our money due to our lack of knowledge, but rather educated us. Also had a bracelet resized and they were very quick and attentive, while being quite busy. Highly recommend for honest work and quick, honest service!
